NEW BOARD OF DIRECTORS EFFECTIVE FROM 1ST DECEMBER 2006

Mr. Charles Kitwanga - Chairman
As a veteran with the Board has served the
Board in various capacity since its establishment 1997.
Has been a Vice Chairman for the past three years


Vice - Chairperson Eng. Consolata Ngimbwa. The Chair person of the Contractors Association of Tanzania, who is Managing Director of Electrics International.	Eng. Mohammed Rafik Meghji who has served the Board representing the Association of Consulting Engineers and who is expected to continue contributing as a primary stakeholder of the Contracting industry	Dr. Dalali Kafumu The Commissioner of Minerals, and by virtue of office he is expected to foster a linkage with the mining sector, which is deemed of strategic importance to the contracting industry	QS. Joseph Tango who has served the Board for the last three years and who represents the Tanzania Institute of Quantity Surveyors.

Arch. Dudley Mawalla Newly appointed Director, representing the Archtectural Association of Tanzania. He is an experienced practitioner who manages MD Consultants, an archtectural consultancy firm	Eng. John Bura An experienced contractor as the Managing Director of ENIKON - a class 1 Mechanical Contractor - He is a professional Engineer and has been appointed by virtual of being independent contractor. His firm has executed works both internationally and locally.	Mr.Sirilius B. M. G. Matupa Representing the Attorney General's Chamber, has a considerable experience in construction industry having served in number of Boards including the Archtects & Quantity Surveyors Registration Board
